Expect to hear a wide range of current and classic songs and genres, especially Pop, Rock, Folk, Americana, and Blues, with an abundance of amazing harmonies all done by our wonderful local musicians!

Plus, after all these performances, there will be a circle of musicians jamming and making some magical acoustic music late into the evening.

Admission is free; an entertainer hat will be passed. Food from Silo House will be available for purchase. You may BYO picnic basket and refreshments, and lawn chairs. Resident Artist Shops will be open and Artist Booths set up.

Enjoy great acoustic music and great company in a shady sundown setting.

Music Line Up:
6pm Shady Grove Old Time Music
Shady Grove is the bunch of Chicken Pickers that gather on the Chicken Farm front porch every 1st Saturday from 10am -12. They mainly play great old tunes like Golden Slippers and You Are My Sunshine. They take their music very seriously and listeners cannot stop grinning. Warning: Corny jokes may surface.

7pm Daniel Makins Singer/Songwriter
Now living in Abilene after three years in Tennessee with Claire and the boys, Daniel returns to his home roots of San Angelo. His musical track record is impressive, having released 8 albums, succeeded in prestigious songwriter competitions, and performed over 600 times from house concerts to large festivals. He is a master guitarist and a creative, thought-provoking lyricist. To see more, go to danielmakins.com.

8pm Retrograde- Classic Pop/Rock
Retrograde is a newly formed band that includes Chicken Pickers Backbeat Alex, Michael Rauch, Rick McGraw, and Greg Cunningham. Expect to hear songs you know, done up by this cool collaboration. Dancing and singing along allowed.
