The holiday season can be a difficult time for people living with a mental health condition, such as severe anxiety, depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia or PTSD.
On Thursday, December 2, NAMI Texas of San Angelo and the San Angelo Clubhouse will host the 3rd annual Community Rally for Mental Health on the Tom Green County Courthouse lawn.
At the rally, there will be local speakers who will share their struggles, as well as resources to help those who may be struggling with a mental health diagnosis.
In addition to covering the Rally, we would love coverage in advance of this event, if possible, to let people know they can join us for support.
